If you are setting up your account for the first time, before proceeding you will need the following information:

  • First and last name exactly as it appears on your bill, welcome letter or welcome email
  • Your telephone & Internet account number from your welcome letter, welcome email or the top of your bill. (Not your 16 digit TV account number)
  • Your telephone number (If you have High-Speed Internet only enter 000 000 0000)
  • Your password, which is the 4 digit PIN number you gave us when you opened your account
